Privacy
FleetPilot is an early-stage fleet analytics product. This notice describes the information collected by this website and sample workspace.
Information you provide
The early-access form collects your name, email, company, fleet size, primary use and optional message. These details are stored in the site’s database for early-access contact, pilot planning and product feedback. Submissions are not publicly displayed. We use FormSubmit to deliver your submitted details to fleetpilot.tech@gmail.com, where the FleetPilot team receives and responds to inquiries. A saved copy and email-delivery status are retained in the site database. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive vehicle or customer information.
The sample workspace
The fleet begins with fictional data. Records you add are saved under a random browser session identifier, separate from other visitors’ additions. A cookie remembers that identifier for up to 30 days; clearing it removes this browser’s access to those records, but does not itself delete the stored records. Display preferences and the introduction dismissal are stored in your browser.
Hosting and access
The site and database run on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to operate and secure the service. FleetPilot does not currently connect to Tesla, process payments or send fleet information to a conversational AI service. No advertising trackers have been added to the application.
Use, retention and requests
Early-access information is used to evaluate pilot interest and contact you about FleetPilot. We do not sell these submissions. A fixed automatic deletion schedule has not yet been established. To request correction, deletion or no further early-access contact, email fleetpilot.tech@gmail.com from the address you used to submit your inquiry. We may need to verify the request before acting.
