FleetPilot currently provides a sample fleet workspace for evaluation and an early-access application form. By using it, please follow these conditions.

Evaluation use

The sample vehicles, organization and starting records are fictional. The product is under development and features may change. It is not yet a production system for storing sensitive business records or managing real vehicles.

Financial information

Figures are calculated from the available sample records and any entries you add. Net operating profit includes recorded financing payments and estimated depreciation. These views support product evaluation and do not replace accounting, tax, investment or other professional advice. Verify real business figures independently.

Responsible use

Do not submit confidential information, attempt to access another visitor’s records, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for having permission to enter any information you provide.

Early access and pricing

Applying does not guarantee a pilot place, availability date or particular feature. Listed prices are planned and may change. No paid subscription or payment is created by using this site or applying.

Availability and independence

The evaluation service may be interrupted or changed, and sample records may be reset. FleetPilot is independent of Tesla and does not currently connect to or control vehicles. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc.
